SHIPPING
We aim to have your orders dispatched by early-mid December 2022 as soon as we have received the planners. However with the current situation in Australia and worldwide this may be pushed back. You will be kept up-to-date with all shipping updates and changes. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post with tracking sent directly to your email via AusPost (it may be sent to your junk email so make sure to check if you would like to follow your planners journey).
Australian Shipping
Standard Post: $12 (2-7 business days)
Express Post: $15 (1-3 business days)
FREE AUS Standard shipping on all orders over $110.
International Shipping
We love that our Budget Planner is helping people with their finances overseas! We do ship internationally however please note that all customs, import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

She Budgets cannot guarantee that delivery may not occur in the estimated time period.
Estimate delivery times may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond our control.
She Budgets is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.
DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to have your orders dispatched ASAP, usually the next business day. However there may be delays up to 5 business days in some cases. For urgent orders please contact hello@shebudgets.com.au.
REFUNDS POLICY
At She Budgets we want you to love your planner but if for some reason you’re not fully satisfied with your Budget Planner then simply send it back for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days, provided your product is unused and in resalable condition. We will refund you by the same method as your original payment. If the returns criteria are not fully met, we may refuse the return.
Should you find your item faulty/unusable we will provide you a replacement product along with a return shipping label to send the faulty planner back to us. Where a replacement is not possible the item will be refunded upon the item being returned (we will supply the shipping label).
Simply email hello@shebudgets.com.au with your name, order number and reason for your return.
Unfortunately refunds are not accepted for the Digital Budget Planner.
